Meet Oneill Urena, owner of two The UPS Store locations in Grand Rapids, MI. His senior project in college led him to discover a franchise opportunity at The UPS Store. He was drawn by the far-reaching influence of The UPS Store, which not only supports local residents, but also helps small businesses thrive.
