    We recently shipped a piece of stained glass from Superior to Colorado. The package arrived in perfect condition and in opening it up we were struck by just how well it was packed and protected; the best job that we’ve ever seen.

    Michelle was a good sport and had good customer service skills, however, she may need some training on the technologies in the store. I emailed 2 documents for printing and then called to confirm that they were received. Michelle asked me on the phone how many copies I needed and I advised 2. When I arrived at the store, there was one copy of each document “ready”. I paid the $33 something and went on my way. In the car I double checked the package and unfortunately the print that included both letter and legal was all printed on letter. The docs that should’ve been on legal were cut off and parts were missing. If I hadn’t double checked the documents I would have arrived in Ashland with 1 set of loan closing documents that were unuseable. I went back into the store and explained all that was wrong. She tried to reprint the documents correctly on different printers but nothing would print. She tried for about 15 minutes to try different printers and nothing worked. I offered to get my flash drive and we eventually got to the the point where she said I should go get it. After getting it, nothing changed. Michelle kept trying but she could not get the printers to work. Another customer came in and while Michelle went and worked with them, I used my flash drive in the printer by the shred box and guessed my way through the prompts to get my documents printed, starting from the home screen and when I got to the paper settings I could see that the printer would print as I needed. I then printed my entire document. Michelle asked me how I did it and I showed her quickly but my focus was getting out of there. I asked how much I needed to pay and Michelle said she would only charge me for one set instead of the two that I printed. Keep in mind I already paid for one set and now was paying for a second. I did not have the time or energy to dispute having to pay again and I told Michelle that seemed fair to me. My transactions took one hour for documents which I sent ahead of time, thinking they would be printed and I could grab them, pay and be on my way. Again, Michelle was lovely, however if someone could walk her through 1) how to use the equipment, 2) how to troubleshoot and 3) how to quickly find a work around if nothing is working, that would greatly improve the quality of services provided.     Dear Pamela H- We apologize that your experience was not optimal. We appreciate your review and know that your feedback is well received. With printing, there are many seemingly small things to know to end up with the product you need. You are correct that my Assisatant Manager went wrong, because there should have been many more questions asked at job acceptance. Like whether the file had to be sorted into letter and legal sized pages. Or whether your file can be direct printed in a dual tray printer. Or what file type it is...etc. Bear in mind, it sounds like your entire job could have been completed for less $ by simply using our self serve copier. Either way, if we are going to conduct a full service print job, there are several things that we need to know before we "just print," your file. You are also correct that our staff does need more and ongoing training in the intricacies of the print services. For our customers part, we need you to provide us with as much detail as you can about your "printed final product." This way we can ensure your satisfaction as efficiently as possible. It sounds like we'll be able to serve a lot of your future needs as a signing agent, I know, because I am one myself! Please stop by again and we'll be happy to work with you on print or any other of our service centers...mailboxing, shredding, overnighting........Thanks Again for the feedback, Manager

I came in with a really difficult package to ship in the last few minutes of the business day.He offered me a couple of solutions for custom packing at a very reasonable rate. Then took care of everything and made sure my package made safely where it needed to go. I really look foward to continuing to business with his store in the future.     They are great. I overnight mailed a check that my Bank misspelled the name and they were able to call UPS to cancel the shipment and they refunded me even though I didn't expect it. Great people.
