What should I do if my international shipment arrived damaged?
If you are the sender, immediately notify our The UPS Store location at at 2513 McCain Blvd in North Little Rock to report a damaged shipment and begin the claim process, provided that we processed the shipment. Have the recipient save all packaging material including the shipping box. Once we report the damaged package, the carrier that shipped your package should initiate an investigation and may or may not approve the claim upon successful completion of the investigation.

If you are the recipient of the international shipment, contact the sender of the shipment to inform them that the shipment arrived damaged. If the sender shipped the item from a The UPS Store location, they will need to notify The UPS Store location that shipped the item(s) to report a damaged shipment and begin the claim process. Remember to save all packaging material and the shipping box and do not discard the item until the claim has been finalized because the carrier may require the item.
