Q: Is this available at all The UPS Store® locations?

Currently locker services are only available at select The UPS Store locations.

Q: How do I open a locker to access my packages?

We’ll send you an email or text notification with an access code when your package has arrived. When you come in, simply enter the access code at the locker screen to access your package, anytime, day or night.

Q: Can I access the lockers after hours?

Yes. Lockers are accessible at any time day or night.

Q: Can I put packages in a locker to have it shipped?

Not at this time. Items you’d like to ship should be brought to a center associate during regular business hours.

Q: Are there any limits on how long a package can be held in a locker?

Yes. Each participating location determines how long a package can be kept in a locker. See center associate for additional details.

Q: Can I receive more than one package at a time?

Yes. If space allows, certain lockers can fit up to 10 packages.

Q: Are there any limits on size?

Yes. The largest locker available can hold packages up to 14.5x23x17.5 in diameter. Any packages larger than 14.5x23x17.5 will need to be picked up at the front counter.
