I have rented a mailbox at this UPS Store for several years and have had such a great experience with everyone at the store. Nha and everyone working there are the friendliest people I have met - at ANY business - and the customer service they provide to me and all of their customers is absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is also extremely knowledgeable and efficient in what they do, and their expertise in all things shipping and printing, etc., along with the superior customer service they provide, makes this by far the best UPS or FedEx Store I have ever used, and by far the best UPS Store in the entire area. Even though I live and work in the Bay Area, I decided to keep my mailbox at this store because of how friendly and helpful everyone is there. It has definitely been worth the time and effort to make the drive to Vacaville to pick up my mail and for all other printing and mailing services I need, based on my great experience with everyone and everything at this store. This store has consistently received the highest ratings possible from many, many happy and satisfied customers, and all of those five star reviews and nice comments are well-deserved by Nha and everyone else there who work so hard to provide such great service. I believe UPS could not find any better representatives for its brand or company than Nha and everyone working at this UPS Store - absolutely the best and their great service is much appreciated.

The staff at this store is amazing! Very helpful, very pleasant and they are just the nicest people. They did a beautiful printing job for us and even gave us a free upgrade with the quality of the paper. They are the best!!

This family ran facility is the best! I have had so many things done here from shipping to printing pdf file books and had them bound. Their work is phenomenal and the customer service is beyond 100 % all the time.

This store has a great customer service. All their staff is very welcoming, and they work very fast. I like that I can park my car right in front of their store while I have my kids in the car, and I can see them since their store front is all glass. I'm always in and out in a few minutes no matter what service I use. I typically use them to return packages, or send them overseas. But I also used them for notary service, and printing. I had to print out a 300 page book. They did it for me at a very reasonable price, at a discounted rate, with free paper upgrade. They also bind it for me. Now I just have to pass the exam. Thank you for your hard work. It's a pleasure to drop in, and you take care of our needs quickly.

The employees at this location have, again and again, far surpassed my needs and expectations for printing projects. They have poured over them as though they are their own, with such genuine vested interest and care. This is a pleasant UPS store to visit. I send packages at least twice a week. The employees are very friendly. Due to my frequent visits they remember me by name and are able to get me in and out in a timely manner.

I first visited the UPS Store in Vacaville when I needed to ship some packages, and was immediately impressed by their great customer service. When they told me about their printing services I decided to give them a try. As a Realtor I need a lot of printing. I use flyers, invitations & announcements, postcards etc. I haven’t found anyone in Vacaville who matches the quality printing I get from the UPS Store, at a very affordable price! They even do my direct mailings. I will always use the UPS Store on Harbison Drive, and I highly recommend them!!
