    We offer UCONN students affordable, secure and convenient options to store their belongings during the summer. We provide free boxes, tape, and labels for you to pack up your dorm. Once you are packed and ready we will schedule a pickup from your dorm or off campus housing and pickup your storage. We will hold them in a secure climate controlled storage unit for the summer and when you arrive back on campus for the new school year we will come and deliver your boxes to your dorm or off campus housing. Owners, John King and Cara Balsamo envisioned a business located in the Storrs Center dedicated to superior customer service serving the business needs of Mansfield and the surrounding towns. John King has been a successful owner/operator of 2 UPS Stores located in Danbury and New Milford, CT. for 10 years. Cara Balsamo manages The UPS store in New Milford and and the Storrs Center. She has been in the business for 20 years and specializes in high-value packing & shipping, Freight, and world-class customer service. She is a State of Connecticut Notary Public. Tricia Riiska joined the UPS Store in Storrs in 2015. She brings 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry! She is a certified packing expert and shipping professional and always provides friendly service with a great smile.
