John King has been a successful owner/operator of 2 UPS Stores located in Danbury and New Milford, CT. for 10 years.
Cara Balsamo manages The UPS store in New Milford and and the Storrs Center. She has been in the business for 20 years and specializes in high-value packing & shipping, Freight, and world-class customer service. She is a State of Connecticut Notary Public.
Tricia Riiska joined the UPS Store in Storrs in 2015. She brings 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry! She is a certified packing expert and shipping professional and always provides friendly service with a great smile.
