If you opt to ship your packages direct to the Convention Center, their staff will unload your packages and then charge you special handling (Drayage) fees to move your packages to your Exhibit location. They may only be moving the packages 50 feet but the charges can be huge.
INSTEAD…………..
- Send your packages direct to my The UPS Store, 500 yards away, for a fraction of the cost – check 'Package Handling Charges' below to see your charges by weight
- Address your packages to The UPS Store, 65 Pine Avenue, Long Beach CA 90802 – mark them "Hold for collection" with Company Name and the Name of the Event you are attending
- Then either come and collect them or have us deliver them at the Convention Center or your hotel
- At the end of the Show, either drop them back with us or we can collect them for you.
