The UPS Store Wesley Chapel

Sue and Sheila are the BEST and take care of all of my shipping needs (which is ALOT because my entire family is up north so I am constantly sending pkgs to family). They both are capable and efficient and go above and beyond taking care of everything, always quickly and efficiently and with a smile on their face! I purposely drive out of my way to do business at this location because of them! The 3 new, younger employees are just as nice and a pleasure to do business with as well, but I do not recall their names. I went in the other day and there was a new lady, I believe her name is Katie? She was the complete opposite of all of them and was gruff and loud and was so unhelpful that I purposely stepped out of line so I would not have to deal with her. Just thought I would let you know she is somebody I would put in the back AWAY from ppl doing busy work rather than have out front representing your business and offending people. I am appreciative of the other employees and will continue to go out of my way to do business with them, but this new lady, no thanks!

Excellent customer service! Very pleased with the assistance I received from Susan! Had a particularly difficult time getting some round labels printed from "other" office stores, but she was able to print them for me with ease! This meant so much as it was the day-of my mom's retirement party and the labels were being applied to the party favor! Thanks a ton Susan!

I only go to this ups store. The staff goes out of their way to help me with what ever I need. They even meet me at the door when I have large packages. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise.
