The UPS Store Notary fee of $5 per Principal Signature per document is set by the State of North Carolina and we do not add additional fees. The Principal is the individual (customer) signing the document, not the notary (in this case the employee at The UPS Store). For example, If two people sign a document, then there are two principal signatures on the document and the cost would be $10.
For Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Cardholder, make a notarized photocopy of your original US/Foreign passport in-store at The UPS Store Charlotte Convention Center.
