Select items are eligible for free packing, labeling, and shipping in-store when you provide the Amazon return code. First choose a return method on the Amazon return center website. Bring your returnable items to The UPS Store Charlotte Convention Center and show the return code provided by Amazon.

(2) No printer? No Problem. Print at The UPS Store - please have your item BOXED AND SEALED with your return code ready to be scanned.
