Cost? In general, the cost is $6 for each signature we notarize. Some documents require more than one Notary stamp. For example, a Will and associated documents normally requires that multiple signatures be notarized, often including witnesses.
What can you notarize? Virtually anything that needs to be Notarized. Yes, we Notarize Wills. However, Texas law does not allow us to complete USCIS Employment Eligibility Form I-9 on behalf of an employer.
What do I need to have when I come? Government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport, military photo ID, foreign government issued photo ID, etc) and the document to be notarized.
Can you prepare a document for me? No, we are not lawyers. We can notarize a document that you have but we cannot create the document for you.
Can you you notarize a handwritten document? Yes.
Can you make copies of my documents? Yes
Can you fax my document for me? Yes.
Can you scan my document to a pdf file and e-mail it for me or put it on my flash drive? Yes.
Can you send my document via US Mail or UPS? Yes.
Can you send my document to an international destination? Yes, we can send your document Worldwide via UPS or US Postal Service with a variety of transit times and cost.
Can you send it for Next Day delivery? Yes, within the United States. International destinations vary.
My document requires witnesses. We do not provide Witnesses. If your document requires witnesses, you will need to bring them with you.
