At The UPS Store Virginia Gateway Center we have a notary public on staff ready to help you get your business and personal documents notarized quickly and efficiently. Our notary is experienced in notarizing wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits and more.
Notaries in the Commonwealth of Virginia are not authorized to notarize certified copies of Birth Certificates, Marriage Licenses, or Death Certificates. Only the Department of Vital Records can provide certified copies of those.
We provide Notary Services Monday through Friday at 8:30am to 6:30pm and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
We charge by Commonwealth of VA notary handbook.
Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:
- Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit us for notary services.
- Be sure to bring all of the documents that need notarized with you.
- Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. Our notary is only authorized to witness the signing of documents. They are prohibited from helping prepare or assisting in completing documents.
- Some documents may require additional witnesses in addition to the notarization. Contact us prior to your visit to determine if we are able to accommodate. If you require our staff members to be witnesses, we do charge per witness signature.

We offer next business day delivery via UPS with delivery options as early as 8:00 a.m. to most major cities in the U.S., or by 9:30 a.m. to most other cities. You can also choose delivery by both 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Tell us your need, and we can help you pick the option that’s right for you.

Whether color or black & white, our copiers can produce letter, legal, ledger and tabloid sized copies quickly and efficiently.
