To access this service, first contact The UPS Store, or visit us at 5187 College Ave to register to use the Lockers.
Then have your packages registered to be delivered to our location. We’ll send you a package alert and access code when your item arrives. To retrieve your package, simply enter the access code at the locker screen and grab your item.

Notify us by phone at (619) 535-7411 or email us store7411@theupsstore.com that you want your item(s) placed in a locker.
Pickup Notification
We'll email you a locker code when your package is ready for pickup.
