The UPS Store W Coal Mine Ave

Jill, Judy and the team work hard for their customers. I’ve seen it multiple times. The store is clean, cared for and they are always helpful. I have even stopped by after hours when Jill was still there; she asked if I needed help and checked for packages, which were in fact there! Above & beyond. Probably the best business in the strip mall, if not the area IMHO. Thank you!!

Great place to get stuff done, I had some price books bound, shipped a Portal to my Mom, and had some large Map copies made. Judy helped me but all the ladies there had great energy and were very helpful.

The best UPS Store in Colorado as far as I am concerned. Whenever you enter the store, Jill and Judy make you feel welcome. The store is always busy and Jill and Judy are always smiling! I choose the UPS Store over the USPS every time simply for the great service!

I go to this shop daily. From the first day I walked in the employees and the owner made me feel like family. Even if I am closer to a different UPS store during my daily errands, I will go out of my way to go to this specific one. I trust them to the moon and back with all my packages. The know my name, they take the time to get me the best rates, they know my daughters name, they help me from my car with out me even asking, they follow through, they even tape my stuff up with no hesitation when I forget or plain ole jut didn’t do it. I have never walked in to that store with out being greeted with a smile. I’m all about kindness, and they have that down. Fast. Efficient. Trustworthy. + Kind. We need more of that in this world ;). 20 out a 10 on this business hands down.

I have a house account at this UPS store. I really lean on them to help me manage my business. Jill and team come through everytime! They always greet me very warmfuly no matter how busy they are or how many people are in the store! My monthly charges get settled up very easily with all the documentation I need. Thank you!!!
